George Catlin, PhD, was a long-term member of the Findhorn Community in Scotland and a founding director of the School of Spiritual Science in Shutesbury, Massachusetts. He has taught and lectured on the Ageless Wisdom Teachings for over 25 years. He holds a doctorate in psychology, and taught in liberal arts colleges for 12 years.

Articles by Dr. Catlin have appeared in several scholarly and spiritual publications, including Share International magazine, Social Cognition, and the Journal of Social Psychology. He is the author of two books on the spiritual path and the approach to humanity of the Masters of Wisdom: They are The Way to Happiness (2004) and The Long Journey Home (2007). In recent years Dr. Catlin has delivered over 300 talks and interviews throughout North America. His primary focus at present is creating "Communities of Practice," small groups of individuals who meet together regularly to support one another on the path.

Dr. Catlin lives in Los Angeles with his wife, and has two grown daughters.
